Job summary

Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program designed to jumpstart your professional career. You will gain hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management while developing leadership skills.

You will work with experienced managers to learn operations, sales, and how to advance within the company. The program includes access to executive leadership seminars and divisional summits, preparing you for future opportunities at Cintas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or to be obtained within six months.
• Active driver's license required.
• Co-op/internship in CS, Sales, Production or Admin roles preferred.
• Degree in business or related field preferred.
• Leadership/management activity on campus or in extracurriculars encouraged.
• Relocation willingness to regionally relocate during/after program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments from a leadership perspective.
• Engage in outside sales activities and build customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and ops efficiency.
• Develop professionally with access to executive leadership seminars and summits.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree within six months
