Job summary

Cintas offers a Management Trainee program designed to accelerate your career via hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You’ll work with experienced managers to develop leadership skills and gain broad exposure to business operations, with opportunities for advancement.

The program emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and collaboration, including access to executive seminars and divisional summits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree within six months or already obtained.
• Active driver’s license.
• DOT medical certification.
• Be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
