This role emphasizes leadership development and hands‑on experience with guidance from seasoned managers. The program expects a Bachelor’s degree within six months and may include regional relocation during or after the program.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• DOT driving requirements: active license, 21+, DOT medical certification, prior employment documents.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Professional Development with Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
