Job summary

Staples Promotional Products is seeking candidates for its two-year rotational program designed to develop high-potential employees. Participants will complete five 5-month rotations across diverse teams and will be paired with a Talent Management Program Manager and a Sr Manager/Director to guide their growth.

Successful participants will move into a full-time role within the SPP organization, leveraging exposure to Special Order, Merchandising, Account Solutions, Marketing, and Inside Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising or related field.
• Desire to excel and build a career in SPP.
• Flexibility.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Project management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year program with five 5-month rotations across different teams.
• Work directly with leaders across multiple internal functions.
• Receive guidance from a Talent Management Program Manager and Sr Manager/Director.
• Upon completion, transition to a full-time role within SPP.
• Develop relationships and contribute to team success during rotations.
