Job summary

Staples Promotional Products is launching a two-year rotational program designed to develop high‑potential employees. Participants will rotate through five teams, gaining exposure to client goals, brand guidelines, and product sourcing for events.

You'll work with leaders across internal functions, guided by a Talent Management Program Manager and a Sr Manager/Director. Successful completion leads to a full‑time role within SPP, with a strong emphasis on learning and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising or related field.
• Desire to excel and build a career in SPP.
• Flexibility in role and schedule.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Project management skills are required.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• The SPP Rotational Program is a 2-year 1-month program consisting of five 5-month rotations across different teams.
• Work directly with leaders across several internal business functions.
• Participants receive guidance from a Talent Management Program Manager and a Sr Manager/Director.
• Demonstrate learning, growth, and drive to contribute to the team’s success.
• Upon completion, placement in a full-time role within SPP is expected.
