Job summary

Con Edison is offering an entry-level Leadership Development Program (LDP) with three tracks: Engineering, Information Technology, and Business. The 18-month rotational program includes three intensive six-month assignments across New York City, Westchester and Rockland Counties to develop leadership and technical capabilities.

Participants gain supervision experience, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to present to senior leaders, preparing for future roles within the Con Edison companies.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position.
• Rotational program across Engineering, IT, and Business tracks.
• Mentorship and coaching provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 6-month rotations across NYC, Westchester and Rockland counties.
• Take on at least one supervisory assignment in an operations setting.
• Receive ongoing coaching and feedback from LDP support team.
• Deliver formal presentations to company leaders after each assignment.
• Participate in cross-functional training to build leadership and technical skills.
