NextEra Energy Resources, LLC invites new or recent graduates to join the Ignite Leadership Program, a two‑year IT rotation across four roles such as application development, cybersecurity, cloud tech and data analytics. Rotations offer exposure to Agile teams and business analytics, with start dates in February and August each year, based in the Juno Beach/Jupiter area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, MIS or IT‑related field or equivalent.
• 0+ years of experience in IT or related roles.
• Preference for internship experience at NextEra Energy or corporate intern programs.

Responsibilities

• Learn business drivers and technology issues across IT functions.
• Demonstrate initiative and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Develop/integrate applications into technical infrastructure and business processes.
• Analyze requirements, design, test, implement IT solutions.
• Maintain and enhance systems for reliability and efficiency.
