Job summary

UPS is seeking a Rotational Internal Audit Manager to lead end-to-end risk-based audits across financial, operational, compliance, and technology areas. You will assess control environments, mentor auditors, and drive continuous improvement, including data analytics and AI-enabled testing, in a dynamic, global setting.

The role partners with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, manage audit engagements, and support enterprise risk management initiatives, reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of audit methodologies and risk assessment.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business impacts for leadership.
• Experience with internal controls design and testing across multiple domains.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and ITGC frameworks.
• Experience using data analytics and AI in audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based audits across financial, operational, and technology domains.
• Oversee all phases of the audit lifecycle from planning to reporting.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify control gaps and risk triggers; propose remediation actions.
• Deliver clear audit communications to management and leadership.
