Devoted Health is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead end-to-end operational and financial audits, from risk assessment and planning through fieldwork, testing, workpaper preparation, issue development, and reporting.

This remote, U.S.-based role focuses on maturing the audit function with data analytics and AI, coaching auditors, and building trusted relationships with business leadership while aligning with IIA standards and COSO frameworks.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years leading concurrent audit engagements.
• Advanced degree or equivalent professional certification in audit.
• Experience applying COSO and IIA standards in healthcare/revenue cycle audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational and financial audits from planning to reporting.
• Provide quality oversight of deliverables and coach auditors (on/offshore).
• Develop and mature the audit methodology and QAIP readiness.
• Apply data analytics and AI to improve audit quality and efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as trusted advisor to leadership.
