You will rotate through business units, build product knowledge, and support customers through quoting and fulfillment while developing relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to develop and deliver solutions based on technical and business challenges of our market.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Team player who can work closely with Inside Sales, Account Managers, and other units.

Responsibilities

• Work with multi-faceted teams while continuously learning and gaining product knowledge.
• Utilize customer input and specifications to select applicable products and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Develop, deliver, and follow up on accurate customer quotes in a timely manner.
• Support positive customer outcomes throughout the quoting and fulfillment process.
• Support the account management team in meeting customer expectations.
• Build and leverage relationships across Inside Sales, Account Management, and other business units.
