Job summary

Equipment & Controls, Inc. in Lawrence, PA is launching a 12-month rotational inside sales engineering development program for new engineering graduates. You will rotate through business units, gain product knowledge, and support customers through quoting and fulfillment.

You'll build customer relationships, develop technical solutions, and join cross-functional teams across Inside Sales and Account Management to deliver successful outcomes for a diverse industrial customer base.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Team player who can work closely with Inside Sales teams and other units.

Responsibilities

• Work with multi-faceted teams while continuously learning and gaining product knowledge.
• Utilize customer input and specifications to select applicable products and develop solutions that meet customer needs.

Based in our Lawrence, PA location, you will work with multi-faceted teams across the tri-state area while building an understanding of our business, ERP system, and complete productoffering.

Over this 12-month training program, you will rotate through several business units, gaining product knowledge and experiencesupporting customers throughout the quoting and fulfillment process. At the end of the rotation, you will be placed in a businessunit based on company need and your preference.

Requirements

Your qualifications:

• B.S. degree in engineering preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to develop and deliver solutions based on an understanding of the technical and business challenges of our market
