The Accounting & Finance Rotation Program (AFRP) at The Walt Disney Company is a full-time, high-potential development track for new graduates. You will participate in four 6-month rotations across Controllership and Finance in California and Florida.

Starting Feb 2027 or Aug 2027, the program builds core accounting and financial planning skills, supports CPA exam requirements, and exposes you to Disney's diverse businesses through a structured curriculum and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing CPA licensure.
• Business experience through internships, part-time work, and/or on-campus involvement.
• Dedication to building a career in Accounting and Finance.
• Proven track record in leadership roles and responsibility.
• Willing to relocate permanently to Burbank/Glendale, CA or Orlando, FL.
• Graduated and available to begin full-time by February 2027 or August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four 6-month rotations across Controllership and Finance.
• Gain exposure to Corporate, Disney Entertainment, and Disney Experiences.
• Develop accounting, financial planning, and reporting skills.
• Work toward CPA licensure with study resources and work-hour support.
• Engage in professional development and networking with leaders.
