Job summary

The Walt Disney Company invites graduates to join the Accounting & Finance Rotation Program (AFRP), a full-time, high-potential experience spanning four distinct rotations in Controllership and Finance across Disney's businesses in California and Florida.

You will build expertise in Operational/Transactional Accounting, Financial Reporting, Corporate Tax & Audit, and Finance, with resources to study CPA parts and meet work-hour requirements toward licensure, plus a curriculum to develop

Qualifications

Desire to become licensed as a CPA.
Internships, part-time work, and/or on-campus involvement.
Dedication to building a career in Accounting and/or Finance.
Proven track record to take on leadership positions and significant responsibility.
Willingness to relocate to Burbank/Glendale, CA or Orlando, FL.
Graduated and available to begin full-time by February 2027 or August 2027.

Responsibilities

Participate in four 6-month rotations across Controllership and Finance.
Gain exposure to Corporate, Disney Entertainment, and Disney Experiences.
Develop skills in Operational/Transactional Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax & Audit, and Finance.
Pursue CPA exam parts with program support and required work hours.
Engage with peers and leaders to build leadership and communication skills.
