Job summary

Disney's summer Accounting & Finance Rotational Program (AFRP) internship offers undergrad students a hands-on preview of Disney's two-year AFRP path across Controllership and Finance.

As a full-time, three-month on-site internship, interns rotate through departments such as Corporate, Disney Entertainment, or Disney Experiences in Glendale/Burbank, CA and Orlando, FL, gaining leadership and accounting skills.

Qualifications

• Combination of academic proficiency and quantitative skills; strong written and oral communication.
• Desire to become licensed as a CPA.
• Dedication to a career in accounting and finance.
• Business experience through internships or part-time work.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven leadership and responsibility in roles.
• Interest in Disney's two-year AFRP after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four distinct rotations across Controllership and Finance.
• Develop technical and leadership skills through enterprise-wide learnings.
• Work toward program goals and build career in accounting and finance.
