The Accounting & Finance Rotation Program (AFRP) is a full-time high potential rotational program designed to provide college graduates with a cross-functional, enterprise-wide learning experience within the Controllership and Finance departments at The Walt Disney Company. AFRP Analysts will participate in four distinct rotations designed to build key technical and leadership skills needed to succeed within the many businesses of Disney. Rotations are available in California and Florida. Analysts will set goals for their program experience, allowing them to develop, grow, and enhance the necessary skills to become strong accounting and finance professionals. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be considered for various opportunities in the accounting organizations within The Walt Disney Company.
This role has opportunities in both the Burbank/Glendale, CA and Orlando, FL areas, and would begin either February 2027 or August 2027.

The base salary for this position in Florida is $75,300 per year, and in California it is $79,100 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
