Job summary

Disney is seeking graduates for the Accounting & Finance Rotation Program (AFRP) in Glendale, CA or Orlando, FL. You will rotate across Controllership and Finance, building expertise in accounting, reporting, tax, and audit while pursuing CPA licensure.

The program runs four 6-month rotations, includes leadership development, and offers networking with senior leaders. Target start between February and August 2027, with full-time employment opportunities after completion.

Qualifications

Desire to become licensed CPA.
Experience via internships/part-time work or campus involvement.
Commitment to a career in Accounting/Finance.
Proven leadership and responsibility in previous roles.
If not local, willingness to relocate to Burbank/Glendale, CA or Orlando, FL.
Graduated and available to start full-time by Feb 2027 or Aug 2027.

Responsibilities

Participate in four 6-month rotations across Controllership and Finance, in CA or FL.
Develop accounting/FP&A expertise in Operational/Transactional Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax & Audit, and Finance.
Support CPA exam study and work-hour requirements for licensure.
Follow a specialized curriculum to build communication, leadership and presentation skills.
Network with peers and senior leaders across Disney's businesses.
