Job summary

Salt River Project (SRP) seeks entry-level engineers for its Rotational Engineer Program in Tempe, AZ. The two-year program features four six-month rotations across various departments, exposing engineers to a broad set of disciplines and project work.

Starting July 2027, participants will gain hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, civil, and chemical engineering while learning from senior engineers in a hybrid workplace environment.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed (occasional).

Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering projects during rotations.
• Learn and contribute across multiple departments.
• Prepare specifications and analyze design alternatives.
