Job summary

Participants rotate through finance, planning, and IT disciplines, gaining hands-on project work, mentorship, and exposure to SRP’s operations and strategy.

The program emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and cross-department collaboration, with a hybrid work option and a July 2027 start date.

Responsibilities

• Learn about SRP businesses, projects, priorities, and strategy.
• Retrieves, analyzes and summarizes data to develop BI and predict outcomes.
• Identifies trends and prepares reports and dashboards to support decisions.
• Typically uses PowerBI/Tableau and other ERP/CRM reporting tools.
• Provide analytical support to help SRP achieve objectives.
• Prepare and present written and oral reports.
• Build relationships with internal departments.
• Travel to suppliers' facilities and SRP sites when required.
