Job summary

Air Liquide_U.S. is recruiting for its ALLEX Rotational Program in Houston, TX. The 24-month track introduces college engineers to the industrial gas industry through three eight-month rotations across Technical, Operations, Project and Business functions.

Participants gain hands-on experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and transition into a full-time role at program end. Bachelor's in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with GPA 3.2 and relocation willingness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or in a closely related field.
• Expected graduation in May 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Must be able to provide own daily transportation to/from work.
• Must secure and finance own housing.
• Previous co-op or intern experience required.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be open to relocate anywhere in the US during/post program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ALLEX Rotational Program across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions.
• Rotate through three 8-month assignments to accelerate industry knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Upon successful program completion, transition to a full-time position within Air Liquide.
