Air Liquide is hiring for the 2027 ALLEX Engineering program in multiple locations across the US. The curriculum includes three 8-month rotations across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions, designed to accelerate engineering knowledge and hands-on experience.

Graduates will transition into a full‑time role after program completion. The program targets Chemical or Mechanical Engineering graduates with a May 2027 completion date, a 3.2+ GPA, and the ability to relocate and travel

Qualifications

• Previous co-op or intern internship experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a 3.2 GPA or higher preferred
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the US during/post program
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to analyze data
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
