Job summary

Alfa Laval seeks recent graduates for the Career Pathways Program, a 10-month development experience across engineering, business, operations, sales, service, and project management. Candidates must relocate to a U.S. location (Richmond, VA among others) after completion, with relocation assistance and visa sponsorship not available.

The cohort starts August 2027. You will rotate through functions, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong professional network while collaborating across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 cumulative.
• Curiosity and a drive to share new ideas.
• Strong technical acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; estimated travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Learn Alfa Laval products, technologies, markets, customers, and business operations across divisions.
• Participate in structured training and development activities to build knowledge.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders on cross-functional projects that support business objectives.
• Develop understanding of how functions work together to deliver value to customers.
• Gain exposure to customer-focused solutions and the industries Alfa Laval serves.
• Upon successful completion, transition into a full-time role.
