Job summary

Qnity in the United States is launching the Early Career LEAP Rotational Program to develop future engineering leaders through hands-on assignments across manufacturing, technology, automation, and operations.

Participants rotate across disciplines such as process improvement, product quality, equipment reliability, digital manufacturing, and analytics, with placements in Wilmington, Newark, Marlborough, Schaumburg, Bayport, Circleville, and Towanda.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• At least six months of relevant paid internship, co-op, or equivalent engineering experience.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to rotational projects across manufacturing, automation, and digital manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute assigned rotations.
• Relocate as needed to support program locations and assignments.
