Qnity is recruiting for its Early Career LEAP Rotational Program, designed to develop the next generation of engineers. Participants will rotate through manufacturing, technology, automation, digital manufacturing, and operations, gaining broad exposure and leadership development.

Expect structured rotations across multiple U.S. locations, with opportunities to work on initiatives involving advanced manufacturing, data analytics, and process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • At least six months of relevant paid internship, co-op, or equivalent engineering experience.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured rotational program consisting of a minimum of 3 assignments, each ~18 months.
  • Work across manufacturing, technology, automation, digital manufacturing, and operations.
  • Contribute to projects involving process optimization, equipment reliability, and manufacturing intelligence.
