Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate scale operator and labeler with provided training material.
• Experience in a food processing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fluently perform all dark meat production tasks on a rotation basis (grader, line loader/hangers, scale operator, box maker, batcher, labeler).
• Participate as a team member and support development and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies.
• Adhere to Simmons Operating systems principles and objectives, including quality, security and Lean practices.
