Qualifications

• Willingness to rotate through all Debone line positions.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (40°F).
• Experience in poultry or food processing preferred.
• Military veterans are welcome to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform all positions on the Debone line.
• Rotate through positions such as cutting breasts, wings, skin pulling, using a saw, loading product and tray packing.
• Participate in team development, communication and policy implementation.
• Adhere to Simmons operating systems and Lean practices.
