Job summary

Berkadia's Rotational Analyst Program offers a 12-month onboarding across two critical platforms—mortgage banking and investment sales. You will partner with seasoned professionals and mentors as you prepare to impact the CRE industry.

During two six-month rotations, you’ll assist with financial analysis, market data, and underwriting, and you’ll have a clear path to permanent placement based on performance. Sponsorship is not offered; excellent benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Entry-level/early-career candidate pursuing or holding a degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
• Ability to perform financial analysis and market research.
• Familiarity with underwriting concepts and loan processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Investment Sales Advisors with client and property financial analysis.
• Gather market data and prepare investment memorandums and valuations.
• Support underwriting and loan process tasks across rotations.
