Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field; Winter 2026/Spring 2027 graduates.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Support loan servicing and asset management activities, including property tax and insurance administration, cash management, loan closings, and payoff processes.
• Develop understanding of commercial real estate loan documentation, deal structures, covenants, compliance requirements, and underwriting fundamentals.
• Gain exposure to structured debt instruments and understand client usage to optimize returns and manage risk.
• Analyze and evaluate financial performance of CRE properties.
• Assist with research and analytical projects to broaden industry knowledge and technical expertise.
• Build proficiency in real estate valuation techniques and cash flow analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support organizational goals and business objectives.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and market developments.
• Contribute insights and recommendations related to property performance and value‑enhancing opportunities.
• Develop case studies to communicate key findings and recommendations to leadership.
