Job summary

Rialto Capital is launching a Rotational Analyst Program in Miami, a 2-year commitment with 6-month rotations across four Asset Management Departments. Analysts will underwrite and assess risk on CMBS loans, presenting findings to senior management and rotating through Doing due diligence and market research across multiple property types nationwide.

The program offers exposure to Performing Loans, Loan Workout, REO, and Surveillance, with mentorship and educational programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, open to all majors with 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Desire to relocate to Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite loans collateralized by commercial real estate.
• Present findings to senior management.
• Perform due diligence on Borrower requests.
• Assist Asset Managers in developing business plans and monetization strategies.
• Liaison with brokers, attorneys, and borrowers.
• Conduct market research.
• Analyze property financial statements including rent rolls and operating statements.
• Reporting and compliance.
