Berkadia’s Rotational Analyst Program offers a 12-month onboarding path across Mortgage Banking, Underwriting, Closing and Construction Management in the Dallas area. You’ll work with seasoned professionals, receive mentorship, and rotate through HUD-related opportunities to learn the capital markets business.

Rotational analysts will engage with multiple platforms, participate in client meetings, and prepare materials for loan processing and underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing preliminary loan information and sizing transactions.
• Preparing borrower-engaged deals for handoff to underwriting.
• Assisting in crafting project narratives and presenting potential new projects to HUD field offices.
• Supporting closers in all aspects of deal closing.
• Monitoring and tracking closing documentation requirements.
