Job summary
Berkadia is seeking a Rotational Analyst for a 12-month program designed to develop CRE analysts in investment sales and mortgage banking. You’ll participate in onboarding, two 6-month rotations, and gain mentorship from program leaders and peers.
Post-rotation placement is determined by performance and office needs, with structured support and exposure to capital markets platforms across Houston and other offices.
Responsibilities
- Assist in market research and prepare financial analyses for potential loan opportunities.
- Review and support underwriting in the loan cycle, including preparing loan applications.
- Support Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking teams during 12-month rotations with mentorship.
