Job summary

Berkadia is seeking candidates for its 12-month Rotational Analyst Program in Dallas. You will gain exposure across Mortgage Banking, Underwriting, Closing and Construction Management, rotating through critical platforms in a hands-on onboarding experience.

The program emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and real responsibilities in CRE finance, with opportunities to move into HUD-focused roles based on performance and office needs.

Responsibilities

• Participating in Mortgage Banking origination team’s client meetings and client calls.
• Reviewing preliminary loan information and sizing transactions with the product originations team.
• Adding quotes to internal tracking (CRM) system.
• Preparing borrower-engaged deals for handoff to the Underwriting Team.
• Assisting in crafting project narratives and presenting potential new projects to HUD offices.
• Assisting Berkadia Mortgage Bankers in targeting potential new clients/projects.
• Evaluating engaged loans and preparing HUD required exhibits in Underwriting.
• Supporting deal processing from application through underwriting and closing to loan delivery.
• Coordinating loan underwriting tasks with offshore resources and external vendors.
