Job summary

Duke Energy is offering a Construction Management Co-op Rotational Program in Cincinnati, Ohio. Students will participate in two to three rotations across Transmission Work Management, Construction Management, and Project Management, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to large-scale utility projects.

You will work 40 hours per week for 16 weeks, collaborating with engineers and constructors to support scheduling, budgeting, and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Construction Management.
• Must not graduate prior to August 2027.
• Cumulative college GPA of 2.75 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two to three rotations across Transmission Work Management, Construction Management, and Project Management.
• Work full-time for the 16-week co-op duration (40 hours per week).
• Collaborate with Duke Energy engineers, contractors, and project teams to support project goals.
• Assist in scheduling, resource planning, and progress tracking for construction activities.
