Duke Energy's Construction Management Internship Program offers students hands-on experience across Transmission Work Management, Construction Management, and Project Management. Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Construction Management.
• Must not graduate prior to August 2027.
• Cumulative college GPA of 2.75 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two to three sessions across departments to gain diverse experience.
• Work with coordinators to plan rotations in Spring, Summer, or Fall.
• Gain exposure to Transmission Work Management, Construction Management, and Project Management.
• Support scheduling, resource planning, and project understanding across teams.
