American Structurepoint, Inc. in Indianapolis offers a three-year AEDP rotational program for entry-level engineers to explore multiple design centers in their first years, gaining exposure to roadway design, project teams, and community-focused projects.

You will contribute from design to field implementation, build cross-office collaboration, and prepare for future leadership as you graduate in 2026 or 2027.

Formación

• Pursuing or graduating in Civil/Environmental/Construction/Land Survey or Structural Engineering with emphasis on civil engineering.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office location.
• Graduating in December 2026 or May/June 2027.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to roadway designs, layout alignments, create typical sections, site assessment and engineering report development.
• Creating construction plan sets in MicroStation ORD CAD Program
• Prepare design calculation documentation
• Develop construction cost estimates
• Different projects would include Roundabouts, Urban Roads, Rural Roads and Large Interstate Improvements
• Work is completed in the office with occasional site visits
• Other duties as assigned
