U.S. Bank is offering a hybrid, full-time rotational program for students pursuing a business degree with a focus on accounting or finance. The program includes hands-on audits, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders, starting July 12, 2027.

You will participate in planning, risk identification, and learning across audits while building professional skills and a network through cohort activities. Strong communication and data skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think and work independently with a professional demeanor.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps and data handling tools.
• Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, economics, MIS, data analytics, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on experience reviewing projects to support the engagement team in audits.
• Participate in audit engagement planning, including interviewing auditees and identifying risks and controls.
• Develop risk and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives.
• Build a supportive peer community through cohort activities and development workshops.
• Ensure adherence to CAS policies and IIA International Standards.
• Learn from coaching and apply it to work tasks.
• Give back to the communities where we live and work.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
