Job summary

Citi’s Internal Audit Analyst Program is a 24-month rotational leadership program based in Irving, Texas. It offers structured classroom training, mentoring and development to prepare you for a long-term career within Citi.

You will rotate across core audit areas, assist with end-to-end engagements, review controls, analyze data trends, and present findings to leadership and business partners. Strong analysis and communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• At least a 3.3 GPA, preferred.
• Graduating with a Bachelor's degree or a dual Bachelor's and Master's between December 2026 and June 2027.
• You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across core audit areas including Finance, Markets, Tech, Legal, Compliance & Risk.
• Assist with end-to-end audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting.
• Complete audit workpapers, including assessing the design and operational effectiveness of key controls.
• Analyze data and business trends to identify emerging risk patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Deliver presentations and summaries of audit results to business partners and leadership.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions.
