Job summary

Citi’s Internal Audit Group in Tampa, FL invites applications for Full-Time Analysts to join a 24-month rotational program designed to develop leadership, governance and strong internal control skills.

You will rotate across core audit areas, assist with end-to-end engagements, analyze data trends, and present findings to business partners and leadership, with structured training and mentoring throughout the program.

Qualifications

• At least a 3.3 GPA, preferred.
• Graduating with a Bachelor's degree or a dual Bachelor's and Master's between December 2026 and June 2027.
• You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across core audit areas (Finance, Markets, Tech, Risk, etc.).
• Assist with end-to-end audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, testing, reporting.
• Complete workpapers and assess design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Analyze data and trends to identify emerging risk patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve controls.
• Deliver presentations and summaries to partners and leadership.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions.
