Job summary

Worley is seeking a Roads and Pads Equipment Operator for Prudhoe Bay, AK, on a remote rotational schedule. The role involves operating heavy equipment, performing inspections, and loading/unloading materials. Meals and lodging are provided on-site, with transportation arranged between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay.

A Class A CDL and DOT medical card are required. Typical week includes 84 hours (40 straight time + 44 overtime). Company offers 401k with 4.5% employer match and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience, 1500 hours documented hours or equivalent.
• Must have Class A CDL and DOT medical card.
• Site requires safety training and adherence to Worley policies.
• Worley uses in-vehicle monitoring systems and surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Complete DOT pre- and post-trip inspections of trucks and heavy equipment prior to use.
• Safely operate and drive heavy equipment including graders, loaders, dozers, and excavators.
• Load and unload materials and supplies on the job site daily.
• Maintain communications with dispatch and clients.
• Attend toolbox and safety meetings and follow safety procedures.
