Qualifications

• Safety oriented with the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, pipe fittings, or related areas.
• Able to read prints and schematics.
• Willingness to overtime as needed.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Rotate shifts including nights and weekends.
• Perform welding, cutting and fabrication tasks.
• Maintain all mechanical systems for the rolling process.
• Troubleshoot and repair high-pressure hydraulic systems.
• Rigging, crane and mobile equipment operation.
• Read and interpret blueprints and piping diagrams.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance to ensure continuous production.
• Engage with computer-based maintenance systems.
