Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. NDSP location is seeking workers to load trucks, barges, and railcars at a soybean processing site. The role includes sampling, documentation, and inventory control, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality programs.

No prior experience required; a Weigh Master Certificate is required, and the position offers a two-week day/night rotation with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weigh Master Certificate required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document and track information.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks, barges and railcars per daily loading instructions.
• Sample products and store samples; complete required documentation.
• Perform daily inventory and housekeeping in the plant area.
• Assist with additional plant operations and barge switching as needed.
• Participate in Safety, Food Safety, and Quality programs; attend pre-shift meetings.
• Perform deckhand duties and adapt to rotating shifts and overtime when necessary.
