Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient data collection (vital signs, intake/output, change in condition).
• Understanding of basic hygiene and activities of daily living care.
• Ability to assist with feeding, hydration, and nutrition.
• Ability to assist with ambulation and patient mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct patient care in assigned unit and adjust for age.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to the health care team.
• Assist with collecting specimens for diagnostic tests if needed.
• Ensure unit is clean, stocked and safe per policies and procedures.
• Maintain PPE and infection control practices.
• Attend mandatory trainings and adhere to policies.
