Job summary

Arkema Beaumont Plant is seeking a Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer to help drive the reliability and performance of critical rotating equipment in a chemical manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with Maintenance, Operations, and site teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, strengthen predictive maintenance programs, and drive long-term reliability improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience with rotating equipment and mechanical troubleshooting.
Knowledge of vibration analysis, lubrication, oil analysis, or other predictive maintenance tools.
SAP or CMMS experience preferred.
Reliability certifications such as Vibration Cat I, MLT I, or CMRP/T are a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor rotating equipment health through vibration analysis, oil analysis, inspections, and predictive maintenance.
Troubleshoot pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment.
Drive RCA, FMEA, PM optimization, and equipment reliability improvements.
Support equipment repairs, rebuilds, turnarounds, and emergent maintenance needs.
Maintain equipment and reliability data in SAP and coordinate with vendors as needed.
