Job summary

Arkema's Beaumont Plant is seeking a full-time on-site Reliability Engineer to enhance the performance and reliability of critical rotating equipment in a chemical manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, and site teams to troubleshoot issues and strengthen predictive maintenance programs.

Key responsibilities include monitoring equipment health, troubleshooting pumps and compressors, and driving reliability improvements using RCA, FMEA, and PM optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with rotating equipment and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of vibration analysis, lubrication, oil analysis, or other predictive maintenance tools.
• SAP or similar CMMS experience preferred.
• Reliability certifications such as Vibration Cat I, MLT I, or CMRP/T are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor rotating equipment health through vibration analysis, oil analysis, inspections, and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment.
• Drive RCA, FMEA, PM optimization, and equipment reliability improvements.
• Support equipment repairs, rebuilds, turnarounds, and emergent maintenance needs.
• Maintain equipment and reliability data in SAP and coordinate with vendors as needed.
