Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 8+ years in chemical or petrochemical engineering.
  • 5+ years in rotating equipment troubleshooting and vibration monitoring.
  • Experience with screw and centrifugal compressors and pumps.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder required.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot screw & centrifugal compressor problems using process conditions.
  • Oversee rotating equipment and vibration monitoring program.
  • Review rotating equipment recommendations and set priorities.
  • Ensure complete and accurate rotating equipment repair documentation.
  • Lead or participate in Process Hazard Analysis and risk assessments.
  • Lead/participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
