Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience inspecting rotating machinery fabrication and performance testing procedures.
• Ability to design, document, and implement processes.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering specifications, data sheets, and inspection/testing plans for required equipment.
• Provide REP (Rotating Equipment Performance) Engineering expertise in reliability incident events.
• Deliver training and solution consultancy based on customer needs.
• Define, improve, and implement robust processes, standard ways of working and best practices.
• Evaluating disassembly and inspection findings to generate repair and upgrade work instructions.
• Interpreting drawings, industry standards, OEM specs, and manufacturing processes to solve reliability issues.
• Conduct reliability studies from risk assessments, criticality data, and maintenance history.
