Job summary

CTG is seeking a maintenance planner in Baytown, TX to plan and schedule maintenance for rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes, and cooling towers. You will develop detailed work plans, labor estimates, cost estimates, and maintenance procedures.

You will coordinate resources, materials, tools, and contractors for scheduled maintenance, manage BOMs, create task lists and safety requirements, and document job activities.

• Experience planning maintenance for industrial rotating equipment.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and work order processes.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.

Job description

Location: Baytown, TX. Duration: 12 months. Pay Rate: $55–$58/hour, depending on experience.

Duties

• Plan and schedule maintenance for rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes, and cooling towers.
• Develop detailed work plans, labor estimates, cost estimates, and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate resources, materials, tools, and contractors for scheduled maintenance.
• Manage spare parts inventories and Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Create task lists, work instructions, safety requirements, and job documentation.
• Support preventive/predictive maintenance, vibration monitoring, lubrication programs, and reliability improvements.
