Job summary

CAM Industrial Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager for Rotating Equipment to lead day-to-day operations, plan resources, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability across field service, shop repair, and outage activities.

Ideal candidates have substantial experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and related systems, plus strong supervisory and project-management skills to drive continuous improvement and reliable execution.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in rotating equipment service or related industrial operations.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or operations management experience.
• Knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, motors, blowers, fans, and related systems.
• Experience with safety programs, lockout/tagout, confined space, lifting and rigging, and hot work.
• Experience managing schedules, labor utilization, job costs, productivity, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support supervisors, technicians, planners, and coordinators within rotating equipment group.
• Oversee safe, efficient execution of field service, shop repair, maintenance, outage, turnaround, and emergency work.
• Plan and allocate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources to meet commitments.
• Monitor schedules, progress, costs, and quality; take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, standards, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, estimating, PM, engineering, procurement, and finance for proposals and billing.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and reliability.
