Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Rotating Equipment Mechanical Engineer to manage plant rotating equipment and improve reliability. You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor condition, plan outages, and execute projects that enhance performance including turbines, pumps, valves, and piping.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree and 5+ years in steam power operations, with proficiency in PI, AutoCAD, Maximo, and related tools, plus strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Steam turbine experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in steam power plant operations.
• Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
• Proficient with common software: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical guidance to other departments on processes, repairs, and projects.
• Lead or assist in development and evaluation of material supply and installation proposals.
• Coordinate and lead project execution to meet budget and schedule.
• Coordinate contractors for testing and maintenance.
• Support outages with planning and execution.
