ECI Group seeks a Rotating Equipment Inspector in Monaca, Pennsylvania on a contract basis for about 11 months, with an expected start date of October 5, 2026. Responsibilities include troubleshooting rotating equipment issues, participating in daily meetings, and developing repair scopes while maintaining safety and quality standards. U.S.

Responsibilities

• Read and respond to rotating equipment-related issues in the operations' shift reports
• Review equipment maintenance notifications from the previous day
• Attend the morning Production Team Meeting
• Assist in prioritizing daily activities for the area rotating equipment team
• Troubleshoot abnormal conditions and respond to operations and maintenance requests for engineering or equipment issues
• Review equipment repairs, assist in failure analysis of equipment, and issue failure reports
• Collaborate in the development of equipment repair specifications and scopes, including setting quality assurance hold and witness points, and executing the holds and witnesses
• Review equipment health using web-based tools such as PTM Hub, PIVision, SmartConnect, etc. While formal PTM Hub activities are assigned to the Area Engineer, the Specialist is expected to utilize the tool for daily proactive monitoring
• Provide training and feedback to operations and maintenance in ways to improve personal and process safety, cost, efficiency, and reliability, including updating wIMS RCM
• Provide assurance to operations' machinery-related procedures. (Note vital and essential non-spared equipment will also include input from the Area Engineer.)
• Perform RCM continuous improvement including entry of PM change requests
• Provide input to and detailing of work scopes developed by the Area Engineer for the STO and Turnaround Work Process. Support maintenance coordination for the scope
• Correct and review equipment Bill of Material (BOM) in GSAP/CMMS and submit New Inventory Requests (NIR) to correct BOM discrepancies
