Job summary

Copeland LP in Sidney, OH is seeking a Production Team Member to support the manufacturing of compressors and components through manual assembly and automated equipment. You will read work instructions, assemble parts, and ensure quality while adhering to safety standards on an assembly line.

Qualifications

• Able to lift at least 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to read and understand job instructions.

• Familiar with using computers to log data.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, inspect and package compressors and sub-assemblies.
• Follow standard work instructions and use hand/power tools.
• Rotate through assembly line tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and document production activities.
